James, have you read any information from the site that hosts this forum, http://www.male-initiation.net/? It covers pretty much every problem a man can have with the penis/foreskin and also covers what solutions there are. A circumcision will solve it, but it is certainly worth considering other forms of surgery other than a total circ, i.e - partial circumcision or perhaps even a dorsal slit. There are alternatives to surgery which work for some people, but not for others - like stretching, for example.
