You may (or indeed, may not in fact) appreciate what Richard has said, but you either totally ignore, or have no understanding of it.
Whilst personal experience, that is of certain problems, may contribute to expertise, the expertise of doctors (and other professionals) is based on the collective study of many cases, not all of which they have necessarily encountered themselves, but rather been taught about or read of.
> However, both PaulB and Jim, based on their previous posts, are unable to offer an ubiased advice.
Your personal bias, and the reason for it, are so blatantly evident that the degree of your resultant myopia in calling us biassed is frankly humorous.
> They also make things up and make insuations about others (mostly me) who do not agree with their perspective.
That it is you who have a blatant bias? It pretty much speaks for itself,
> Second guessing is their stock-in-trade.
Correct. My profession requires it, and to be accurate with it withal.
> Since before my circumcision I have and continue to be completely open about my experience with circumcision.
No-one doubts your feelings about the process and your infatuation with the result. But for others with a similar "problem", it is only fair to point out that there are more desirable, and less irrevocable ways of handling it.
> I certainly don't think it is reasonable ... to be as open as to what their experience is.
Freudian slip on your part.
Jim just explained his own experience, you ignored it. What is truly ironic is that, failing to do the research I or we suggested, you do not understand the very personal experience that he has deliberately understated. But of course, that's because we don't expect to get anywhere convincing you of our expertise, but it is important to us that your bias, including your quite openly self-indulgent "FAQ" doesn't influence others adversely.
And incidentally, I recollect you to have stated your age as 25. If that is the case (or close enough), then you are young compared to Jim and myself, and sometimes we might even envy that youth. (;-)
