In addition, it is curious that you find an employment of standardized procedures to be off the wall. If you were to have a need for skin expansion not related to your penis, and your plastic surgeon were to recommend stretching by use of a device, would you make such accusations to him also? Probably not, but because you haven't heard of this technique before, you continue to take potshots at it, or, is it because you didn't think of it? Your persistance in riding a dead horse indicates a good deal of the latter.
