I'd go see your Doctor about this. It might be embarrassing, but you can't rely on any diagnosis given online as to what could have happend here.

As I say, it's embarrassing, but your Doctor will have come across this kind of thing before (many times). Also, it'll put your mind at rest. I'm not saying it's serious. Chances are you were just a little enthusiastic with the "little man", but it's better to be safe than sorry.
