Done at birth, this was in 1968.
They removed the top of the hood but when severingthe bottom they cut the whole frenulum out separating the bottom of the glans, in other words "hypospadias"They left it and claims it's not important. But trying to pee normally is quite impossible, it sprays and drips down my shaft.
Is surgery still an option?
