Lack of foreskin

Hello, I am a 25 year old male. When I am erect I don't have enough foreskin to cover my penis tip, leaving some of my glands exposed (about the size of a dime). Is this normal? Is it bad to expose the tip of glands like this?
Also, I read somewhere that this occurs more frequently among Asian men (I am Chinese). Is this true?
