You may have a combination of an overly sensitive glans and tight foreskin.
Are you able to easily retract your skin when soft ? If you, you should start to retract your skin more often and perhaps place your pneis in underwear with the skin retracted.Also, if you pull the skin back and let the glans dry in the air, does it still hurt afterwards ?
How old are you ? When young, the glans is generally much more sensitive and can be painful to touch/stimulate directly, especially for those with long foreskins.
