In all probability, as halfclip refers to the textbooks, you have significantly more coverage than normal.

If it is, pity all the poor circumcised men in the world whose whole glans is continuously exposed. In fact, exposure only during erection is no problem at all, as halfclip again suggests, as long as you can easily move between full coverage, and fully uncovered.
