Well, in one sense that's we, the posters, but of course there is a forum owner who is virtually never heard from, and there is a host site who run the scripts.

But many people do.

If you say so, I suppose. (;-)
> My visit to the doctors was quite straight forward. . . . No examination, just a chat
Good on the chat, but I find the lack of examination reprehensible.

Naturally, it is. But which country by the way?

So you should be. You don't want it there, that's one of the reasons I recommend ointment rather than cream.
> but obviously some is going to get there, can it do any harm?
Probably not.
> Also, the only stretching the doctor suggested was pulling the foreskin back, when applying the stuff,
Well, it certainly is important to retract whilst applying it, so that the part you want to apply it to is fully exposed and you can avoid getting it on other parts.
> will that be enough,
No.
Not if you are keen to see results.
> should I do more than that, and if so how?
Yes, you need to really stretch.
You sound like "Osman" on this post. I suggest you read it and the chain of replies for my full explanation. I also suggest you read the posts on this forum carefully, notably Jim's and mine, in respect to wearing a "dilator" full-time to achieve the most rapid stretching of all, with (still probably the best) or without the Betnovate.
Note particularly the need to "over-stretch" in both time and degree to ensure the stretching is "fixed".
> I will post any updates as things progress.
We will really love to hear about it.
