Here's some answer from me, Halfclip. Hope this makes sense.
1) When I had my partial circ back in April 2001, I was told keep the bandage/dressing on for the first week. It had a band-aid type stuff covering with some gauze type medical stuff underneath, inbetween the band-aid stuff and the "wound". I could only see the top of the gland and not the rounded helmet area at the bottom of the head. I don't think it was set so that the remaining foreskin sat over the head as I would imagine it would have been difficult during erections.
2) I have not had any problems rectracting the foreskin since surgery.
3) The consultant did not go into too much detail about afterwards. He asked me to call the surgery if I had any problems or questions, and to come have a check up a week after and another check up the following week after that one.
