Were you told this? I received the same procedure recently.
Due to swelling and pain, it would have been impossible to
have pulled the foreskin back. Now that that has gone down
(it's 4 weeks later), the remaining foreskin is back over
the glands (with a "hole" about a centimetre wide at the
tip). Inside the foreskin is some kind of firm ring where the
scar is, and so far I can't pull the foreskin back when
flaccid. Is this normal? Or should I start to worry?
I rang my doctor about 10 days ago, who said to wait
another 20 days for healing to continue before they would
think about me dropping in for a consultation.
