Not really, it was just common sense for me to keep it retracted so that the scar would be external and heal "dry".

What is it like when hard ? Does the scar become visible ?

For me, the small temporary phimosis would go away within minutes after I got hard and gently move skin up/down (it would allow skin to fully retract but would be tight ring on shaft).

You might try *very gently* masturbating while in a hot batch or shower. And putting vaseline or polysporin on the scar when soft.

Vitalime E oil or the new product Mederma would help as well.

Well, it is no surprise that it would happen when you think about it. A scarr is less elastic and tends to heal at the diameter where it lies, so the closer to the tp of head the scar is, the narrower the opening is.

As the scar heals, it will become more elastic. But gently helping it is probably going to make it go faster.

As soon as you are able to retract fully when soft, I would recommend you retract it as often as possible (for instance, when you urinate, retract it and put in back in underpants fully retracted).

Sleeping without underwear should be a requirement to ensure that the skin is allowed to retracts during nocturnal erections.

That sounds fair. But they should have given you some tricks to make it more elastic.

Be careful about too actively stretching it. You may tear the scar and make it take longer to heal.
