I suppose I do get the idea. May I presume that your penis curves to the left quite markedly as well? Either way, the left side has for whatever reason, not grown as much as the right so the right pushes forward more than the left and - causes the bend and/ or tilt.

I very much doubt it. Surgery on the penis is to be avoided if at all possible for two reasons - cutting nerves and thereby reducing the sensation, but in particular, any surgery on the erectile bodies, the parts that make it stiff when you want it to (and perhaps when you don't ;-) carries substantial risk of damage to the mechanism that pumps it up - and you certainly wouldn't want any compromise to that.

I doubt it. I presume that you've thoroughly tested it for masturbation and found it satisfactory. Can you see any reason why it would not be equally effective for any other form of sex?
