I suggest you see a Doctor. He might advise some stretching excersizes, however, he might not as the results (if it works) are not always permenant and may not produce the results you are looking for. Or he could refer you to a urologist who will be able to provide a more accurate diagnosis and provide options for a solution. A full circumcision is not the only surgery that will give you the results you want. There are other options such as partial circumcision or maybe a dorsal slit too.
I'd also suggest reading the website that hosts this forum http://www.male-initiation.net/welcome.html it should help you get a better idea of what the problem is and how it can be solved. Most of all though, go see your Doctor for his input. It's embarrassing, but if it can't resolve your problem (similar to what I have suffered with prior to my partial circ), it'll be worth the embarrassment.
