As an answer to: Tight skin written by Alej at 19 Jan 2002 18:42:35:

>I am happy to find this board, as I have a question which bothers me very much. I can retract my skin without a problem when my penis is "flat", but when it comes "hard" then I am feeling pain as the foreskin is then too tight behind the head. I cant even reach erection when I masturbate with retracted foreskin . For this reason I am scared to go into a sexual relationship, and I usually leave my penis with unretracted foreskin (as the head is also sensitive). What should I do to have erection with retracted foreskin?
>By the way during penetration the foreskin stays always retracted, or it should move up and down the head?
>My english is not so perfect but I hope my questions were more or less clear.

First thing: Totally ignore the advice of AJ. He knows absolutely nothing about curing your situation.

All that needs to be done is a bit of stretching which you can do yourself without seeing a doctor. Success will come to you the fastest by using a device to keep the opening stretched open for many hours at a time. Even those who simply stretch a few minutes per day by pulling on the skin will find success if they PERSIST in their efforts and not give up before the job is finished.

Now, let's consider a device. The principal is sound and is proven to work every time. Orthodontist use devices to move teeth into place, so a bit of skin tissue is not a challenge at all. The device you use will depend upon how large the opening is at present time. Plastic is the best substance because of its ability to be cleaned easily, and its resistance to breakage or interaction with your skin. If the opening is really tight, a cap from a marking pen might work. If there is more room, try a pill bottle from the pharmacy. As you progress with stretching, a 35mm film can will be about as large as you will want to go. You can cut the bottom out of the bottle or can in order to be able to pee through it, thus eliminating having to take it off more than once per day. What you do is to bring the foreskin up over the device, and use medical tape to affix the skin to the sides of the device. During the initial few days as you are getting accustomed to wearing the device, check it peridically to make sure there is no cutting into the tender skin. You can cushion it somewhat by taping the edges which touch the skin. Be sure to remove it daily for cleaning of your penis as well as the device.

It works. Don't let anyone try to tell you that stretching will not be successful. Only those who have failed to persist have found failure, and they were the ones who failed the principle. The principle will not fail you. It is as simple as understanding growth itself. If it did not work, none of us would have developed. Tissue expands when put under tension.
