Your ignorance on this matter is truly stunning. Had he fraenulum breve, he would have the same degree of deformation of the glans (penis head) when soft, as when erect. Did you not read: "when it comes 'hard' then I am feeling pain as the foreskin is then too tight behind the head"? Apparently not.

Alej certainly needs to read through this forum most carefully, to distinguish those who give sound advice on stretching, from those who cannot bear to see others succeed in obtaining a complete, functioning foreskin when they themselves have failed and chosen surgery instead - because it was quicker and involved less personal commitment.

So why is it necessary for you, GW, to create a fear of the most self-evident and straightforward approach, except that it would have required effort on your part to succeed? Isn't it unbelievably obvious - the thing is tight, you stretch it! The only thing that is needed to make stretching work, is to understand that it will work - not instantly, not fast (though the use of a bougie or dilator worn full-time, or most of the time may well be remarkably fast in stretching it), but in due time.

As Jim alluded to, everyone knows that the teeth are set in solid bone and can't be moved without damaging them. Except of course that is exactly what an orthodontist does, and surely you have heard of orthodontics? Now of course, moving teeth around in the jawbone is a slow process, takes about a year or so and you have to have the braces on for extra time to make sure the teeth have "set" in their new positions.

Well, lo and behold! Stretching the foreskin follows exactly the same principle except that as it is plain skin and not bone, it will in fact be substantially faster. You simply need a device to hold the skin open as far as it will go, fitting snugly, and keep it there either all the time or most of the time, like the braces the orthodontist puts on the teeth.

When it becomes loose (because the skin has stretched a little), then you find a larger device, and repeat the process until eventually, it is the size you want it to be.

Of course, if you say orthodontics does not work, because it didn't work in your case, well, what more can I say?
