No problem. Doesn't matter how you pick it, what you call it or what your friendly American surgeon colludes with you, given his story, if he stretches the foreskin, his symptoms will disappear. He doesn't require surgery.

I apologise if this is uncomfortable to you but it was your choice to offer your unsolicited opinion. Nevertheless I cannot respect your opinion while ever you assert any of the following:
- Stretching is dangerous and should be avoided, (I mean give us a break! You think cutting pieces out of the body with a knife is not dangerous?) or
- Stretching is not a medically proven technique, (sheer ignorance) or
- Stretching will not relieve a tight foreskin, (not stretching obviously won't) or
- Surgery is in any manner or form desirable for this condition, (who really wants erogenic sensory tissue cut out?) or
- Your singular experience is representative of any general principle other than egotism.
Yours was the advice of ignorance when you said to ignore the advice regarding stretching.
