A little bit of help please

Alright guys,

I'm a 17 year old lad, and yes I have a tight forskin. About 8 months ago I could not pull it back what so ever so did some research on the net about stretching and pulling it, and slowly but surly it has started to become more elastic. Right, when my penis is soft I can now easily pull it back without any pain what so ever. When I get hard though it is still painful. I can now pull it back about half way until it starts to get painful and it takes some real effort to pull it all the way back. I'm just wondering if any of you have any tips for me? I would appreciate your help, and I do not want to take my problems to a doctor or anything like that. Cheer's
