Particularly interesting is the paragraph on using mouthpieces from brass musical instruments. The concave part would easily fit over the glans, and the tapering would serve to maintain the desired tapering of the opening.

Friendly plastic, a moldable type of plastic available at crafts stores is an excellent medium which could be made exactly the right size for whatever diameter the patient's preputial opening currently is. As the opening stretches, a new, larger one can be molded to fit.
