It is indeed the case that a bunch of computers in a workplace can have the same IP. In that case, Gus and Jim are colleagues. This leads to two discoveries:
1) There are no coinsidences. If two foreskin fetishists (or whaetever) work in the same place, that work ought to be foreskin-related. Do both Jim and Gus work for NORM? Maybe.
2) Since they don't each other, that means that there are a lot of employees at that place.
This leads to a paradox: if Jim and Gus work at a foreskin organisation, then such organisations are small and they ought to know each other. If not, it's too much of a coincidense that two colleagues - not knowing each other - both share the same passion about foreskins and troll on the same site.
