tight foreskin,frenlum,etc.......

i have now tried stretching and the beta-metasone ointment and to no effect......for over 2 months.....but for the first time in my life while my wife was "playing" with me my foreskin retracted over the head of the penis and it was the most painful experience of my life....and took me 10 mins in the shower to pull it back over the head.....whats the next thing i need to look at having done stretching etc......its that tight that when i'm erect the head of the penis is almost goes to a point instead of the other way round and it being rounder etc......many thanks with any help.......and great site
