It sounds like even though you are not yet 'loose' that you have nonetheless made progress. If you, or rather your wife, can get the skin to go past the erect glans, then you can get a finge from each hand in there and pull outward like opening a drawstring bag. You have accomplished the most difficult part - keep it up (no pun intended).
