Both Jim and 29/F are right. I just want to add that there are a number of things which can make urine smell, and it can vary from person to person and even for one person depending on their health condition. Drinking plenty of liquids (they are all nearly completely water, with a proportionately small amount of other stuff in 'em - but I do recommend that you stay away from sugared drinks on general principle). Jim's right about cleaning, but I want to add that if your foreskin does not yet retract, you can run water under it, either by holding it open while you shower (you get stretching and cleaning at the same time) or by using a bulb syringe to squirt water into the foreskin and around the glans. It won't get trapped - it will come out as easily as pee. Once you can retract your foreskin a good rinse in the shower or swishing it in the tub will do - no soap needed or recommended (there are good bacteria which protect you from bad bacteria).
