You English guys surely have your problems, don't you? The dryness indicates to me that there could be a problem with yeast. Try using an OTC product designed for women's vaginal yeast infections. Any pharmacy should be able to help you with that. Follow the directions for the span of time indicated, and then you can resume stretching exercises.
