Altho I think Chimp is generally harmless, I do think he is disruptive to the natural flow of the board. AJ is a pain in the butt to those that are just here to give actual advice. He has no real argument, and then just cuts into petty bickering. He's also been previously banned from the Fathermag Forum.
Banning really won't do anything, tho, as IP addresses change, and getting alternate access is simple as pie. Banning would only be helpful if there was someone here to actually follow thru.
Isn't there anyone else that can help you admin?
