RJK would have been a good choice, but he's long since been chased away. Other than that there's Ralesk and myself. Please see my forum as an example of the impartial nature of how I do things - in that I allow all views to be put across, though without the bitching and name calling etc. For the anti-circ only view, see Jim and PaulB's forum - where only anti-circ posts are allowed and others that challenge their perspective are deleted. I sincerely hope that if you do give someone access for moderation purposes, that this limited type of interaction, by such parties, is not in store for this board.

Network54 have that option. I'm not sure if Parsimony do, but I can look into it. In basic terms an IP Address is a number which is assigned to a computer when it logs on to the internet by the Internet Service Provider. These numbers generally change each time, but have a similar range for each user as long as they use the same ISP each time, so that individuals can be indentified.
