No, Jim has been circumcised since his birth. He's not a 'stretcher' and never claimed to be one either. PaulB seems to be some sort of a doctor, however he never said anything about whether he himself is circed or not.

In terms of personal experince, here is a list of regulars who had phimosis:

Jake Booth - probably the most useful member of this site. He had great success with stretching phimosis, and reading his posts at FatherMag is the reason I myself succeeded in doing the same thing.

Adam James or AJ AJ, AJ, AJ. His story is as sad as Titanic. He discovered he had phimosis at age 15, didn't do anything about for a decade, then got circed after a short and unsuccessful attempt at stretching his foreskin.

Rood Got circed after bad advice and later "restored" his foreskin.
