Robin- doubt you will ever find someone truly unbiased. I mean, try finding someone who is completely unbiased politically. (and I don't mean out of ignorance) The fact is that people will always lean one way or the other, even if it is slight.
I think there are several people you could chose from based on their behavior on this board. Rood does favor stretching, but is very calm, helpful and balanced. Ivan seems ok (But does he have the time to commit?) Paul B. is also a great choice and is more than qualified, but again, does he have the time? I would tend to view those that don't favor circumcision as being less biased, in that, those who tend to lead towards surgery favor one, and only ONE method of resolution.
