Damn it, I gotta test myself. I KNOW I'm smarter than Jim. If I don't manage to get into Mensa, I'm gonna shoot myself.
However, the most reliable IQ test is a chess game. If two people have equal amount of practise, and one beats the other, he has a higher IQ.
If anybody on this site wants to dare to me to game of chess, I'd gladly accept.
>Chimp, I was talking about stretching many years before Paul ever came upon the scene. My involvement with Fathermag forum goes back to page one, and I have been there ever since. My experience with stretching goes back to about 1985 and involves work with NORM, mostly through the mail and online. More recent experince has been herein and on my own site where I have worked with numerous guys needing help. I have also personally coached friends who needed some help in stretching.
>Perhaps I'm not the world's greatest expert on anything, and you are right that I'm not the best authority on the Bible, but that's totally irrelevant to our discussion here, and you are out of line for bringing up the subject. It has no bearing upon work done here.
>I have never met, nor talked with or corresponded with Paul knowingly. All of our work has been done in public either here, on fathermag or on my own site. I'm nobody's Friday, nor he is mine. However, I have no reservations about serving anyone, for the example I follow is that of the One who has served me. Paul and I don't always agree, and he makes no bones about letting everyone know that, and I, respecting his education and experience in medicine, although not always agreeing, try to understand what he is saying. My knowledge in what I do comes from reading and studying the subject matter extensively. I have been blessed with a mind that is remarkably skilled in the ability to design and fix things. Fortunately for me, I am able to use both left and right sides of my brain, unlike the majority of society. I also know from testing that I am in the upper 2% of IQs. No, that doesn't make me superior. In fact, I am fortunate, because of that, I know how much I have yet to learn. My only regret is that life is far too short to explore all I wish to learn and do.
>Chimp, I'm sorry I don't add up to what you think I should. I'm not quite sure what you think my role is, but I'm doing what I think I should be doing. Thus far it's served me and my family and friends quite well, and although I have some regrets, I certainly have had some moments of pride for a job well done. Nonetheless, it is not those accomplishments which I believe are the most important in life, but this in not the time nor the place for that to be discussed.
