I know that St.Paul was against circing. That's only 1 of 12 people. Where's your point? Jesus himself didn't clear anything about the circ issue, and Jesus was the best opportunity for God to clear up the messy impression of the Old Testament and the Covenant. All Jesus said was that Christians didn't have follow the old rules, he didn't say that circumcision was wrong or immoral.
