can phimosis be the reason for lost erections

I am 24 years old and every time i tried having sex with my girl friend i couldnt hold my erections. I do have phimosis, as I discovered from this site....Can this have anything to do with it? Also, if i do get circumsision done, will it help and how long will my glans be sensitive? Finally I want to thank you guys soo much... God Bless you all for bringing this out... I used to feel soo bad, but thank god for you guys
