My opinion is you should start learning about it, without any stress, a good time before you intend having sex with anyone else.
If you want accuracy about what to do about it, then go to the home site (at top of page) go to the diagnosis page and diagnose your condition, for example : whats causing the pain? if this is a short frenulum then this will hinder stretching what is probably a primary phimotic ring.
