>Did you read the man's comments? He has already indicated no problem in getting the skin to retract when his penis is flaccid. If their were a major problem with the frenulum, that wouldn't occur.
I believe I read everything. It seems though, that you believe that a short frenulum hinders retraction when flaccid. This is in no way correct.
>He has stated that the difficulty occurs during erections, showing that the diameter of the frenar band is simply a bit too small.
I realise now that you are using the word frenar band to describe the phimotic ring. ... It is a very confusing word .. too similar to "frenulum" to describe a phimotic condition. Poor Tony will be getting confused. Please use the names suggested (with good reason) on namings.html on the home site.
He said it hurts his penis head. If it was the coronal ridge then the pain is a partial phimosis, ... but when a tight frenulum is pulling the penis head could easily hurt. And thus my diagnosis. .. Its true I could be wrong. Tony's description is not 100% clear so I ask him to educate himself rather than advising stretching straight away as your link indicates.
>In your absence, Paul and I have proven this more than once. Surgery, as recommended by your other pages is not indicated, since stretching even the frenulum is not only possible, but much more desirable.
Excuse me but before I even ask to see any rather dubious evidence about stretching frenulums, then I'd like an answer to my first question do you believe that a short frenulum would hinder retraction when flaccid?
