What do you want? You own your penis, not anyone else, so if you were satified before learning what other people think you should do, why woulnd't you be satisfied if you rejected their thinking? There is no law which says your foreskin must retract, and there is nothing to prevent you from having a satisfactory sex life if you do nothing.
