This problem only occurs when I'm erect, otherwise, I can retract my foreskin completely when I'm flaccid. The pain comes from the fact that it feels like the skin can fit down the head of my penis when I'm erect. I have never been able to retract when I was erect.
I wanna know what should i do, and will I ever be able to completely able to retract it. Also if I ever do get it retracted, what should i do, do i leave it that way all the time..etc
