Yes, this is what I was thinking Jay's problem could be; anxiety over the loss of sensation, or your and Paul's suggestion of anxiety over the relationship.
>"This is similar to the guys who have been mutilated at birth who report similar circumstances."
Absolutely.
>"However, I question why he would not have good sensation within the foreksin unless it was still stuck to the glans. With a good amount of precum, the foreskin should have been moving back and forth over the glans in the manner of masturbation. Did this guy have any difficulty with masturbation?
Well the 38 year old had a very sensitive glans when it was finally exposed, but when he masturbated before that, he used his finger to put pressure on his frenulum through his foreskin, so there was only a very small amount of movement needed under his finger. He couldn't cum in his previous attempts to have sex because he wasn't getting that direct pressure on his frenulum that he usually got with his finger, so he got hardly any sensation. That's why he said it was like having sex with a glove on. The foreskin wasn't stuck to the glans, but there wasn't much movement because it was so tight.
