Torn Frenulum

Hello,

I am uncircumcised and I tore my frenulum during sex some time ago (a couple of years.) There was no bleeding, I didn't even know it until the next day in the shower, when I felt significant pain attempting to peel it back. It seemed to heal though, and there weren't any problems for quite a while (over a year.) Then I tore it again, and since then I think I've retorn it a couple of times. Now, it feels tighter when I'm erect and like it's always on the verge of tearing. I can also see where the tear happened, as there's now a small gouge on my frenulum.

What can I do to fix this problem? Now I'm always afraid to peel back my foreskin in the shower, and it's a constant worry when I'm having sex, which is of course no fun at all. It really hurts when it tears, and disrupts my personal hygiene routine as well.

I really don't want to be circumcised, and I don't want to lose my frenulum's sensitivity. Can anyone help me? Do I have any options?
