Chimp, this forum is not about the regular contributors. It is about the people that visit here that are seeking help and input about their conditions.
By definition the purpose of this board will be become obselete if the moderater were to be chosen by the majority of contirbutors - who are anti-circ. This forum is about offering a third perspective and not the same old anti-circ message which would be inevitable when considering the model of Jim and PaulB's board. This board should be open to all points of views and not limited to just the one.It should also be worth noting that the only reason this board requires an active moderator is because of all the bitching and trolling which makes the purpose of this board - helping people - all the more difficult to achieve.
