phimosis and extremely painful glans - 2 questions

Hi all,

I've recently been trying to cure my phimosis by stretching and applying bethamethasone 0.05% on my foreskin. I have achieved some progress for the last three weeks I've been doing that (I didn't have pinhole phimosis when I started all that so my relative progress is even smaller than what I consider to be the average progress from reading the postings in the forums...) I've already managed to pull my foreskin all the way behind my glans when erect when I'm taking a shower (but then I use soap and it acts as a lubricant so it's a bit easier than otherwise...)... however, it hurts just a little bit after it's been in that position for more than 1-2 minutes... My question is what should I do now? Continue what I've been doing? How long will it take me to be able to overcome this? I must say I still can see my phimosis, it's not gone, my stretching exercises just helped me strecht it...

Ok, my second question is about the hypersensistive glans many people complain from after curing phimosis... When talking about exposing the glans to air, is it just air exposure or rubbing it? Cause I can't even touch it, let along rubbing it... furthermore, when it's all dry, pulling the foreskin back and forth becomes really really difficult and painful... what should I be doing? If I try to make sex in this condition, can I deal with the problem by using a condom so that my glans is covered and nothing touches it? Any ideas??
