I understant the guys who were babies and couldn't defend themselves, but the ones you talk about are sick. I got some good advice from Paul and Jim. Did you ever read the stuff they have done? I tried getting some help form Aj but he wasnt much help. I asked him a quesiton and never got an answer. I'm gonna try stretching. It sure makes sense so why not.
