relative phimosis?

Hi,
I am in my early 30s and have for the past 2 months had the following symptoms:
Tight foreskin (mainly on erection), little cuts in frenulum breve after erection, and the frenulum is a darker color than the rest (and a dark line runs from there to my testicles).
I have had this maybe once before, last year, but it only lasted a week.
I masturbate regularly and rub the frenulum a lot, although I havent in the past month.
I have read the website, and am worried I have got relative phimosis or frenulum.
I dont use soap in my groin area but always wash it with water and pull back the foreskin (this doesnt cause any problems when flaccid). I tend to have very dry skin in winter (now) and shower in warm-hot water. Does this aggravate the condition?
Should I be stretching or using creams or bathing in cold water?
Can the acidic level of urine have anything to do with this? As there is always a few drops left after urinating.
I read that after urinating I should keep my foreskin back. All comments welcome.
