The best way to get a 100% accurate diagnosis is to see your doctor or a specialist.

First you need to accurately determine what you need to be stretching. If the problem is the frenulum, then there is no point in elongating your foreskin etc. Also, there is a greater chance of stretching being successful when done using steroid creams.
