No, I found everything on the topic on the internet, I also found medical reports in medical journals (which btw was important for me in order to believe in it) about bethamethasone. I am from Eastern Europe and bethamethasone is available without prescription in the drugstores (as well as many other medicines). Officially, you have to have a prescription but people generally go and shop without one (this is not to say that they are shopping on their own - a doctor prescribes those things, many times its not an official prescription).

As for the sensitivity... the problem is that I want to be able to have an erection not only when having sex (for example, I am sure you all get turned on when kissing and playing with a girl - foreplay etc... and during that time I cant keep my penis from touching surfaces - her skin, the bed clothing etc... not to mention if u get an erection with your pants on... uh, painful ;)
so that's why I was asking about some medicaments to fasten the process of kernitization...
