>>Hi,
>>I am in my early 30s and have for the past 2 months had the following symptoms:
>>Tight foreskin (mainly on erection), little cuts in frenulum breve after erection, and the frenulum is a darker color than the rest (and a dark line runs from there to my testicles).
>the dark line is most likely the so-called raphe.
>as for tightness, how comes it's only been in the last two months? you sure you haven't experienced it before?

Yes, I have never experienced the tightness before (just the once last year).
I am seeing my doctor next week. Hopefully he will have an explanation, although GPs tend to be hopeless.

>>I have had this maybe once before, last year, but it only lasted a week.
>how did you solve it, what changed that it got loose?

I dont remember exactly. It just sort of went away after about a week.

>>I masturbate regularly and rub the frenulum a lot, although I havent in the past month.
>>I have read the website, and am worried I have got relative phimosis or frenulum.
>you got a frenulum? :P who'd have thought?
>or a relative frenulum? or relative phimosis? what the hell are those? I have never, not once heard these terms in the last two years.
>>I dont use soap in my groin area but always wash it with water and pull back the foreskin (this doesnt cause any problems when flaccid). I tend to have very dry skin in winter (now) and shower in warm-hot water. Does this aggravate the condition?
>very dry skin suggests fungal infection -- have it checked and ask for fungal treatment ASAP.

When i say dry skin i meant at the moment only on my forehead and face and sometimes side of arms. The outer edge of my foreskin was pretty dry for a while a few weeks ago, but now seems to be moister and rather than be tight (when flaccid) seems to stick/adhere to the head more.

>>Should I be stretching or using creams or bathing in cold water?
>not until you make sure there is no fungal infection present.
>>Can the acidic level of urine have anything to do with this? As there is always a few drops left after urinating.
>no, definitely not --- many people have acidic urine and many people have a few drops left after urinating, yet they have no such symptomes
>>I read that after urinating I should keep my foreskin back.
>no, not necessary.

Thank you so far to all the responses i have received! I didnt expect such a quick reply.
