Do you think it will be any less in contact with stuff if there'll be no foreskin to cover it? Think, man!Be patient, it will slowly get used to it and when you get older you'll keep wishing it felt a bit more than it does then... What are you doing when you masturbate, though? Trying to rub the head of your penis is not the best idea while it's sensitive, y'know. Try using your foreskin perhaps.
There is no need to get cut and then cringe for several weeks while the wounds are not healed and the glans not used to exposure to direct, dry rubbing.
