My foreskin is tight... very tight

Hi all,

Since I can remember, I've never been able to retract my foreskin whether my penis be errect or flacid.

I'm now 19 and am starting to wander what I can do next.

My foreskin's opening is no larger than 3 or 4mm big which as you can guess is pretty tight. It balloons when I go to the toilet which isn't uncomfortable luckily but I'd rather it didn't(!)

I tried using Betamethasone cream but after a few days of use my foreskin became very dry and flaky - to the point where it started to crack, bleed and hurt. I only put it on once or twice a day (normally once) and even tried moisturising cream to balance out the dryness of the skin. Overall this didn't help because when I stretched the skin would break up and bleed.

I went to the GP a few months ago who had a look and agreed it was very tight. He recommended right away that I have a partial if not full circumcision. I asked him about the cream you can apply but he didn't seem to listen to that. "If you were my son I would have got it done ages ago" he said.

Well, I strongly disagreed with him and walked out determined to stretch my foreskin and not go for the snip. However, I find it really hard to get anywhere with stretching. I want to use the cream to help me but I'm afraid of my skin drying up again.

I've read that people have put small object down the hole to gradually stretch the skin but I haven't found anything suitable. I tried a biro lid but even that is too big to fit down - it shoots back out when I push it in and I can't even thing about putting it in the other way round because it's too big for my hole!

I've seen these odd people who have stretched their ear lobes to the size of a large coin (don't ask why!) and was wandering what type of thing they use to do it?

I'm gradually starting to give up on the stretching and I'm thinking "well I might as well just get a partial circumcision" but there's a stronger part of my which really doesn't want it done. When I walked out of the doctors, I wanted to prove him wrong by walking back in a few months later and showing him I had done it. However, the things I try to do just don't help.

I really want to be able to retract my foreskin so please do any of you guy's have any idea's???
