Well, here's what Ral said on the previous page:

Uh, oh, it looks like the links didn't copy - go to the next page and look for coolbluereason's thread. Ralesk's post has links to some very useful pictures showing what to do for the early stages of stretching. Also, every time you pee or otherwise have occasion to have your hand there, make sure you pull the foreskin back as far as you can without significant discomfort and hold for as long as is reasonable under the circumstances (not long at a communal urinal trough, longer in a private stall or your own home - you'll figure it out).
