My foreskin is tight and will not fully retract when erect. (23 male)
I can reract it fully when flacid but i can see a tight "ring" of skin around the shaft when i do so.
The top of the foreskin has the white patches and small slits (probably from over-masturbation/sex).
I have been to a specialist (NHS) who said the only option was circumcision, which I do not want.
I mentioned steriod cream and he said not to bother trying.
Surely trying cream first is better than cutting the skin off without trying !
I have read that 80-90% of cases of tight foreskin can be treated with cream and stretching but so many sites say so many things.
Please can someone recommend a cream to try using before I have to go under the knife !
Also can someone tell me the difference between BXO and the white skin at the top of the penis ?
Can BXO be treated with creams ?
The reason i dont want to lose the foreskin is that i have little sensation during sex at the moment and have been told that a lot of sensation is lost once circumcised.
Yours
