Phimosis and problem from attempted remedy.

Alright, I've self-diagnosed myself with phimosis and started a process of gradual stretching to try and fix it.

Unfortunetly, I think things have gone from bad to worse, as I have managed to get about 2-inches of the penis head out the shaft, but can't get it back in. To top it off, I'm pretty sure that the foreskin is constricting and starting to bruise the soft tissue it's around.

Any suggestions?
