The odd part of your desription is that once your erection goes down, the head should be smaller, making returning the foreskin to covering the glans easy. Well, maybe you're not a 'grower' so the size doesn't change much. Generally, you should be able to gently press in on your glans to squeeze the blood out of the glans like squeezing a sponge long enough to press it through the foreskin. Don't give up on stretching - you've come so far already - but work on pulling it out and open, rather than back. Imagining you're opening a small stretchy gunny sack - hold it taut for as long as you have time and patience for, but don't make it hurt. That's counterproductive and discouraging.
